Shipping ›
- Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order.
- Orders of $35 or more ship free.
- Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
- We ship within the United States only.
Returns ›
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an order.
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. These are personal-care products, so anything that has been opened cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — then it is on us.
Refunds ›
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
